Join Logan Square Pilates for a 5-session prenatal Pilates equipment workshop series designed exclusively for women during all stages of pregnancy. These one-hour sessions will take place on Sundays at 4-5pm starting 6/23 (no session on 7/7).
Their mission with this series is to nurture your strength at all stages of pregnancy, support you through common physiological changes, and emphasize the benefits of movement during this exciting (and challenging!) time for your body. Theirexperienced, prenatal-certified instructor, Katie G will provide modifications to ensure all mamas are safe and comfortable.
On 7/14, Five Point’s Kate Fruchey, LMT will be joining the class to discuss prenatal massage and postnatal self care.
