Join Logan Square Pilates’ lead instructor Aileen and Five Point’s Nathan Paulus for an evening for pilates and meditation. Aileen will lead a 60-min Pilates mat class focused on the breath followed by a 20-minute guided meditation by Nathan. This event is a prefect introduction to pilates if you’re new or a great way to wind down before the work week begins. The class is $30 and takes place at Five Point. Space is limited.
