Qi Gong is an energizing yet calming practice that allows you to feel grounded and in tune to your body. Its slow gentle movements and coordinated breath to allow you cultivate your Qi, or life force energy. The exercises are simple, repetitive, and build your energetic currency. You learn how to defend yourself against illness and emotional stress, and break the patterns that contribute to your stress. We will cover the microcosmic breath, boost the immune system, and strengthen the lungs and kidneys. Just one class will leave you feeling centered, calm, and self aware.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Qi Gong can be done seated or standing, and modifications will be offered. Class will end with a crystal bowl sound bath meditation to elevate your consciousness to another level.
