On Sunday, December 10th (1-3 PM), you will have the opportunity to spend part of the afternoon with Five Point practitioners and staff for a Winter Open House and Micro Market. While we understand this time of year can seem frenetic, we are offering a space to slow down into the season with:
Seasonal Tea Time (Sipping in community)
Five point herbalists have been experimenting once again! We have developed a cinnamon forward winter tea to warm you up as temperatures continue to dip. Come with old friends or come as you are…ready to connect as we sip alongside one another in a supportive community.
Mindful Activity (Practicing solitude together)
Feel like you want to parallel participate in some seasonal mindfulness? We will have an activity or two that don’t require talking…just bring your curiosity and creativity to engage in making some East Asian Medicine-inspired winter creations to take home or gift someone who may be in need of a metaphorical winter salve for the soul.
Holistic Market (Welcome to the Five Point Apothecary!)
We have revamped our Five Point Apothecary and will be featuring seasonal supports throughout the year– from seasonal East Asian Medicine First Aid Kits to Five Point original teas– in an effort to support our community while staying in rhythm with what each season offers. All proceeds from our seasonal items will directly support developing more sliding scale seasonal offerings for community education and engagement. We appreciate your support!
This event is free! RSVP here.
