Restorative Yoga is a quiet, comforting, and supportive yoga class. Postures are done seated or lying down, and held for longer periods of time. Restorative Yoga releases physical tension in the body, and the meditative pace allows for more time, and space to practice turning inward. It is a welcoming practice that invites us to explore quiet compassion for our body, mind and spirit. This class is trauma-informed and suitable for all levels of experience.
