Gentle Yoga is a nurturing movement class that uses simple, and steady practices to revitalize the body and mind. Each class will incorporate thoughtfully chosen physical postures, breath-work and mindfulness practices inspired by the seasons, daily life, and intentions. This class is trauma informed and suitable for all levels of experience.
