What is Qi Gong?
Qi Gong is an energizing yet calming practice that allows you to feel grounded and in tune to your body. Its slow gentle movements and coordinated breath to allow you cultivate your Qi, or life force energy. The exercises are simple, repetitive, and build your energetic currency. You learn how to defend yourself against illness and emotional stress, and break the patterns that contribute to your stress. Just one class will leave you feeling centered, calm, and self aware.
Fall to Winter Series
The next 4 weeks of this series will help you to stay on track and feel grounded during times of uncertainty and stress. In this period of transition from fall into winter we will continue to strengthen the immune system and lungs, and also wash the bone marrow.
All levels welcome, no experience necessary. Qi Gong can be done seated or standing, and modifications will be offered.
