Join Dr. Megan Robertson and Rhonan Tenney-Allen for an afternoon that focuses on how dry brushing can help to support our immune systems throughout the winter!
This workshop has three parts:
Plant Connection & Knowledge Share: Connect with the dry brush materials - hemp and agave - through a knowledge share and guided meditation
Brush making: Make your own dry brush with natural materials
Home Practices: Once your dry brush is made, learn techniques for dry brushing at home
The workshop will run from 1-3:00 PM. Foraged, immune-system-supportive tea and materials will be provided. Bring scissors if you have a strong pair, otherwise we will share. Wear layers to ensure comfort during each part of the workshop.
