Heart Tonic Ingredients:
Gui Zhi (Cinnamon)
Sheng Jiang (Ginger)
Lemongrass
Gan Cao (Licorice)
Hot Steeping Instructions (2 cups of tea)
Combine 2 TB of loose tea to 10 oz of hot water
Steep tea in water for 5-6 minutes
Strain tea
