Heart Tonic Ingredients:

  • Gui Zhi (Cinnamon)

  • Sheng Jiang (Ginger)

  • Lemongrass

  • Gan Cao (Licorice

Hot Steeping Instructions (2 cups of tea) 

  • Combine 2 TB of loose tea to 10 oz of hot water

  • Steep tea in water for 5-6 minutes

  • Strain tea

  • Enjoy!
